Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Zero Tolerance Statement
Edondi Systems Europe Kft. is a specialized transactional gateway for logistics and WMS workflows. We strictly prohibit the use of our infrastructure for cold marketing, newsletter blasts, or unsolicited commercial email (UCE). Any account violating this policy will be terminated immediately without refund.
1. Permitted Use Cases (B2B Only)
The Edondi Platform is designed exclusively for Business-to-Business (B2B) operational communication. Permitted traffic types are strictly limited to:
- Transactional Alerts: Order confirmations, shipping manifests, delivery updates (WMS/OMS).
- System Notifications: Password resets, 2FA codes, account security alerts, downtime warnings.
- Financial Documents: Invoices, receipts, dunning notifications for existing contracts.
- Workforce Management: Shift schedules, employee internal alerts.
Note: Promotional emails, newsletters, and sales outreach are NOT considered transactional and are blocked by our outbound firewalls.
2. Prohibited Content & Practices
Users may not use Edondi Systems to send:
⛔ Strictly Banned Categories
- • Adult content or pornography
- • Gambling, betting, or casinos
- • Multi-level marketing (MLM)
- • Payday loans or credit repair
- • Pharmaceutical sales
- • Cryptocurrency speculation/ICO
⛔ Banned Sending Practices
- • Using purchased or rented email lists
- • "Cold" emailing to non-opted-in contacts
- • Hiding sender identity (Spoofing)
- • Using a domain without valid MX records
3. Upstream Provider Compliance
Edondi Systems operates as a middleware layer utilizing Tier-1 upstream providers (including but not limited to Mailgun Technologies, Inc. and Amazon AWS). By using our service, you agree to comply not only with our AUP but also with the AUPs of our upstream carriers. We enforce a strict downstream policy: any violation that risks our upstream reputation results in a permanent ban of your Organization ID.
4. Enforcement & Thresholds
We monitor telemetry in real-time. Accounts exceeding these thresholds are automatically suspended:
